Novus has a unique agile methodology that focuses on the rapid delivery of business solutions using an onsite model at a total cost lower than any other consulting model. The experts from Novus are able to deliver projects and re-design solutions at a faster pace to keep up with the changing business requirements. “Our innovative business model has been adopted by Fortune companies in six countries, allowing our customers to leverage local talent from their home country without any budget concerns,” says Sushrut. The company’s unique model not just creates local jobs but simplifies change management and eliminates cultural and language barriers between consulting and business teams.
Novus is a paperless and boundaryless firm—all customer, supplier, employee and stakeholder contracts, documents, payments and transactions are done electronically. “Every year, we continue to increase our investments in newer technology and adapt our processes to make sure it matches our growth,” explains Sushrut. Novus is the embodiment of a firm that talks the walk. “If we believe in something then we enable it first and then we advocate others to leverage it. We don’t talk about cloud technology, we use it for our benefit,” says Sushrut.
In a recent example, one of the Fortune companies faced issues due to their delivery model, in terms of duration and cost of delivery. “We worked with the company driving their SAP ERP projects using an onshore model in five countries at a total cost lower than any other model,” says Sushrut. Novus also successfully reduced the time of delivery to almost half with a very high customer satisfaction rating. “In four years, we have seen similar success with our model in Brazil, U.S., United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and Asia,” reveals Sushrut.

Looking to the future, Novus would continue to invest in innovative solutions with a strategic focus on SAP. The company truly believes in the paperless business model as well as its onsite/onshore offering. Furthermore, during 2015 and early 2016, Novus is planning to hire students and hone them in SAP. “We hope that this is going to be a crucial step towards bringing more jobs onshore and back into the country,” concludes Sushrut.
